Everyone who contacts Winnersglobal Tree Service should be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to complain and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.
You can write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work at your property, the usual first step is to bring it to the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Winnersglobal Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.
Email contact@winnersglobal.rest and include:
We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. We then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
